Gower Ice Cream is all about great taste. Oh, and reminiscing over old memories and creating new ones. And fun times with friends. Pretty much everything that gives us a lovely feeling of cosy comfort. Masterminded by Ryan Jones and Mark Sansum, Gower Ice Cream was born from an unbridled nostalgia for these sort of sunny days–out at their local, award-winning beaches of the Gower Peninsula.
Lo and behold this indulgent Welsh ice cream was born. We hope you love it and take just a moment to appreciate the little, but very important, things in life too!
We’re kicking off with four of the nation’s favourite flavours, all named after our local beaches – Three Cliffs Vanilla, Langland Bay Chocolate, Mumbles Mint Choc Chip and Rhossilli Strawberry – but watch this space as we have lots more cracking ideas of what’s next in our ice cream pipeline. As Caswell Bay boys, that’s next on the list!

Ryan Jones is the triple-Grand Slam winning Wales rugby captain. A former British Lion with 75 Wales caps under his belt, Ryan became Head of Rugby Participation for the WRU in 2016. He brings his, er, wealth of dairy food production experience to bear in the service of Gower Ice Cream.
Like Ryan, Mark Sansum has had a long career in the frozen food business… Oh, no he hasn’t actually, his background is in financial services. But he simply adores ice cream.
Our development team was hugely important to us, these are the people that really needed to enjoy the ice cream and embrace it like we do. Always on hand, helpful and willing.
